There are many reasons to let your house for short or long periods. But of course you don’t want just anyone in your home. We will guide you through the rental process and introduce suitable prospective tenants. We can easily draw on our network of companies and organisations that work with expats to find a suitable tenant.
After an introductory meeting, we will determine the rent. We will arrange for your house to be photographed and we will make a good presentation. This presentation will be listed on Funda.nl and on our own website. We will take care of the viewings, conduct the negotiations in close consultation with you and assess the background, position and reliability of the prospective tenant. When we find a suitable tenant, we will draw up an NVM tenancy agreement, and take care of the inspection and the key transfer. Further, we will ensure that all essential maintenance is carried out in order to make it as easy as possible for you as lessor. Of course, we will remain available to help should any problems arise.
