We start the collaboration with an introductory meeting at your home. We walk through the property and determine the asking price and the sales strategy. This is not guesswork. We determine the asking price based on recent sales of residential properties in your neighbourhood, your property’s state of maintenance and of course the current market situation. If you decide to take us on, we get to work immediately. We arrange a photographer; measure your home for the floor plans; and write a promotional sales text based on the information you give us about your home. We will also make a unique website for your house and of course we will also put up a ‘For Sale’ sign on the façade or in the garden.
The listing will then be placed on Funda and displayed on our digital screen in the window. You can also share your house’s website on social media. We will process the requests for viewings and book appointments.
It goes without saying that we will conduct the price negotiations on your behalf, all the way to that one liberating phone call: "Congratulations! Your house has been sold." Afterwards, we will draw up the NVM sales contract and ensure that the documents are delivered to the notary. The sales process comes to an end when we hand over the keys to the new owners after transfer. Of course, we will remain available to help should any problems arise.
